Where some would be content serving regular meatloaf, Egg Cracker's cooks make a wild boar meatloaf—and then wrap the whole thing in bacon. While for some, breakfast burritos are a simple affair, the chefs muddle salsa in-house and use it to dress a wrap bursting with fresh chipotle peppers, cheddar, and eggs.
